Artemis Eos –

Division: Performance

Skippered By: Cameron Lester

About Artemis Eos:

This is my boat. Artemis Eos.
I didn’t name her that, but I like to think someone did with conviction—possibly after a long night, a bottle of ouzo, and a conversation with Apollo about light and destiny. Artemis, goddess of the hunt, and Eos, goddess of dawn. Together they sound like a promise: to chase the first light across the horizon until the horizon runs out.

She is an Oyster 48 Lightwave.

The hull is blue—the kind of blue Poseidon might have chosen if he were feeling sentimental. The deck is teak, polished to a sheen that could make Hermes slip and laugh about it later.

The sails are white, like the robes of forgotten heroes. They move when the wind moves. When they don’t, you will curse Zephyrus and then write him a letter of apology. The engine hums like a restrained Cyclops, chained in the bilge, dreaming of fire. It will take you forward when the gods are silent.

The crew is fictional but essential. There is Dimitri, the stoic helmsman who claims to have seen sirens but refuses to elaborate. There is Sofia, the botanist, who waters plants that do not exist. And then there is me—the captain—whose backstory involves a stolen trident, a misunderstanding with Hera, and a vow never to drink rum again.

When you are aboard, you are not on land. You are in a myth that hasn’t been written yet, and what could be more real than that.
